Overall Fitness

The Teen program combines bodyweight exercises, weightlifting technique, and endurance training to develop overall physical fitness. We focus on the ten general fitness skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.

Class Structure

We structure our Teen classes so that they’re fun and engaging. However, safety is our number one priority. Classes run for one hour and include a warm-up, a skills component, and a workout of the day (WOD). Movements, intensity, and loads are monitored to meet your teen’s individual fitness level and experience.

Healthy Habits

In addition to promoting physical activity and improving athletic performance, our Teen program is designed to encourage teens to establish healthy lifestyle habits. Kids who transition from a sedentary lifestyle to being more active on a daily basis are more likely to carry these habits into their adult lives.
