September 24 @ 6pm - Join us for an 80's Rock Workout! This Workout includes light strength training, HIIT, and body weight exercises. Bring a workout/yoga mat or towel with you and a bottle of water. And don't forget to wear your best 80's workout attire!

October 14 @ 10am - Our coaches will discuss strategies for getting started with exercise and staying consistent. They will explain how fitness practices correlate with health metrics, daily activity goals, benefits of stretching, cardio, and strength training.

October 26 @ 7pm - Are you interested in learning martial arts and self-defense? Are you a little unsure where and how to get started? Are you skeptical if a martial arts class really helps you reach your goals? Get all your questions answered at this special event.
